Singing Bowls at Milk & Honey
I am super excited to share that I will be offering a singing bowl session at Milk & Honey Ciders on May 23 at 7:00pm!
Haven't been to a singing bowl session before? No worries! All you need to bring is yourself, a mat to lay on if you have one, and anything else that will make you feel comfy. There will be mats available if you need one. Please also come with a willingness to slow down and bee still to allow your mind and body to rest. The session will last about 30 minutes. We will be gathering on the pavilion at Milk & Honey.
Tickets are $20 for the sound session only, or $25 for the session with a cider included! Message me if you have questions or would like to register! Pre-registration is encouraged and very much appreciated!

Earth Day Celebration
I will be hanging out at Copper Pony in Sauk Rapids offering some local goodies and warrior wears! Some things you can expect to see: the golden elixir of life (aka raw local honey), 100% beeswax candles, “bee inspired” art, and jewelry that will bring out your inner warrior goddess. I am also open to answering any questions you have about our pollinator friends! Let’s celebrate and honor the Earth today and every day.
